Description
The City of Charlotte has issued a Request for Proposals for the maintenance and service of the currently existing humidification control systems and water treatment equipment at the following locations:
- The Mint Museum (500 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202)
- The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art (420 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202)
- The Harvey B. Gantt Center (551 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202)
The selected company shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for maintenance and repair, as well as monthly inspections and service.

Bid Opening Instructions
