Bid Opening Instructions
Sealed Bids will be received by the Contracts Administration Section of Charlotte Water in the First Floor Conference Room located at 5100 Brookshire Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28216 until 2:00 P.M. local time on May 25, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
