The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS), a department of the City of Charlotte is seeking proposals to provide and implement a solution to build an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for CATS that is a combination of software, systems and services used to maintain and control operational assets and equipment.; assistance may also be offered for consultancy services to aid in business process re-engineering. CATS is only open to considering fully hosted or SaaS solutions at this time to optimize the quality and utilization of assets throughout their lifecycle, increase productive uptime and reduce operational costs.
