Description
The project scope includes the repair and rehabilitation of pedestrian stairs and stairways on the City LYNX Blue Line Platforms and parking garage. The work includes but is not limited to: traffic control and work zone protection, cleaning, blasting, material removal, fabricating, welding, tread and handrail repair, and cleanup . The contractor shall procure, furnish and install all required materials and protections required for completion of the project. The project drawings and permit documentation shall be submitted to Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement by the General Contractor for plan review. The General Contractor is responsible for all plan review and permitting fees.
