Mecklenburg County All Hazards Advisory Committee (AHAC)

Registration for the 2019 AHAC Conference is now live!

The 2019 AHAC Conference will take place on Thursday, November 14th at the Charlotte Police and Fire Training Academy at 1770 Shopton Road, Charlotte, NC 28217.

To register:

  1. Fill out the conference registration form . *Note the registration number you receive once you have submitted the form.
  2. Pay the registration feeof $65.
    1. On the first page you will be asked for the conference name. Enter "AHAC Conference".
    2. You will also be asked for a registration number. Please enter the registration number you receive after submitting the registration form.
    3. The next page will ask you to enter the conference registration fee amount. Please enter $65.00 and click submit.
    4. Payment information is entered on the final page.
    5. You will receive a digital receipt upon payment.

The 2019 AHAC Meeting schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday, February 14 - 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, May 9 - 9:00 -10:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, August 9 - 9:00 -10:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, November 14 - AHAC Conference (all day)

All AHAC meetings take place at the Charlotte Police and Fire Training Academy on 1770 Shopton Road in room C2110 (EOC).
