Proposals are to be submitted according to the instructions outlined in Section 2.5 of the RFP.
 
Please allow time for parking and security screening when entering the building. All Proposals must be received by 2:00PM on 12/7/2018 to be considered.

Do not arrive at City Procurement on the Proposal due date for the purposes of reviewing your competitor's Proposals. The Proposals will not be read aloud or made available to inspect or copy until any trade secret issues have been resolved. All Proposals will be time-stamped upon receipt and held in a secure place until opening.
