Companies wanting to be considered for providing the required services to the City should submit an electronic proposal to Chris Dwiggins at chris.dwiggins@charlottenc.gov by July 27, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. EST.  Proposals must be in searchable PDF format only and sent as an attachment to the email (Companies may not provide a link to the document).  PDF attachments must be limited to less than 50 MB.  Hard copies will not be accepted.  The subject line of the email shall include “FY23-RFP-06”.
Each Company is solely responsible for the timely delivery of their Proposal.  Companies accept all risks of late delivery regardless of fault. In addition, Companies accept all risks if file is corrupted, incorrect, incomplete, or not attached.  Any Proposal received after the date and time specified, regardless of the mode of delivery, shall not be considered.  The Procurement Officer will confirm receipt of Proposals to all Companies via email within 24 hours of the Proposal deadline.
RFP questions must be directed to Chris Dwiggins, Procurement Division, per the enclosed instructions in Section 2.4. The City is an equal opportunity purchaser.

Charlotte Water is seeking a Company to provide as-needed leak detection services on residential, commercial, and City-owned property/infrastructure.  A Contract with one Company is sought, but Charlotte Water may recommend award to multiple Companies to meet the needs for residential, commercial, and City-owned property/infrastructure.
