Project includes construction of a two-story 63,000 square foot steel-framed administrative and operations building as well as several support and outbuildings on the 11-acre site. The main administrative building includes concrete strip and column footings with aggregate pier foundations and slab on grade. Structure is typical steel column and beam systems with metal decking and concrete for the second-floor system. Roofing is single ply system. Aluminum storefront, curtainwall, brick veneer and metal panel system make up the exterior skin. Interior partitions will include CMU and gypsum walls. Interior finishes include millwork, hard and soft flooring, ACT and metal ceiling systems, and acoustical wall panels. Two elevators, monumental stairs with glass railing systems, interior glass partitions and operable partitions are also included.
The 30,00 square foot pre-engineered metal building warehouse will include concrete strip footing and column foundations with concrete slab on grade and pre-engineered metal building structure, exterior metal panel walls and roofing system. Prefabricated aluminum canopies, overhead doors, and prefabricated skylight systems will also be included as part of the exterior systems on the warehouse. Interior scope includes masonry CMU, structural steel system for a mezzanine system, paint booth system, and bridge crane system.
