General Services
The Company shall be responsible for providing as-needed installation, maintenance, and repair services for door automation equipment, including but not limited to the Equipment manufacturers listed in Section 3.1.3. Equipment may include any items necessary to ensure a door opens and closes automatically, such as openers, strikes, latches, vertical rods, exit devices, door framings, and door thresholds. Equipment will not be placed on a preventative maintenance schedule, but the Company may be required to perform preventative measures as part of the equipment maintenance, if requested by Charlotte Water.
