The 311 Call Center will be closed on Wednesday Dec. 25 and Thursday Dec. 26. It will reopen on Friday, Dec. 27, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Department of General Services employs almost 400 people and is among the most diverse departments in the City of Charlotte organization. We deliver a broad set of services to the residents of Charlotte and to other municipal agencies, including procurement, project and asset management and sustainability for city built infrastructure.
