This holiday season organizations are working hard to make a difference in our community. Thanks to the City of Charlotte’s Community Resilience Fund, over $2.5M was awarded to 93 local nonprofits this year. These grants focus on fostering racial equity and economic mobility in marginalized communities, helping to uplift those who need it most. Below are just a few of those nonprofits who are giving back this season, and ways you can get involved.

A Brighter Day Outreach

Serving families in the Historic Hoskins and Thomasboro communities, A Brighter Day Outreach is collecting donations for Toys for Tots to spread joy to local children.

Children of the World Learning Center
