CHARLOTTE, N.C. (June 26, 2024) – The City of Charlotte is excited to announce the launch of My Charlotte Lookup, a new city tool and go-to destination for comprehensive property information.

My Charlotte Lookup is built for current residents, hopeful residents, visitors, and real estate professionals alike to find all the necessary details about properties in the Queen City.

The resource offers a user-friendly interface to find information from ownership records and zoning regulations to trash collection schedules and voting precincts. Users can even see capital improvement and commercial projects within a half-mile of the property address that is inputted.

“My Charlotte Lookup has been an exciting endeavor that we hope will make information more readily available,” said Markell Storay, director of the City of Charlotte Innovation & Technology Department. “This database of property information will ease and improve the lives of both current residents and future ones, helping to further the growth of our city.”
