The 311 Call Center will be closed on Wednesday Dec. 25 and Thursday Dec. 26. It will reopen on Friday, Dec. 27, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (June 16, 2023) – The City of Charlotte will issue $6.5 million in one-time, ARPA-funded grants to support the project and/or programmatic costs of local non-profit agencies seeking to advance housing solutions for individuals or families that have been disparately impact due to COVID-19. The Nonprofit Supportive Housing Grants will assist nonprofits that serve residents who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or facing housing instability.
Nonprofits may submit applications for grants up to $2.5 million. Applications open June 15 and close July 14. A virtual application workshop will take place June 22 to assist nonprofits and provide a Q&A session. Organizations should register in advance for this workshop, and a recording will be made available online.
Nonprofits will be notified of their application status in late Summer 2023.
