Elmwood Cemetery is a center-city gem. But did you know it's also a certified arboretum? City of Join Charlotte arborists and the cemeteries manager on Saturday, April 26 for a fascinating walking tour, where you'll get tips on how to identify trees and discuss the City of Charlotte's meticulous stewardship of its iconic tree canopy. You'll also learn about the historical figures buried at this historic cemetery. The event is appropriate for all ages. The leisurely tour will be no longer than one mile and is accessible for cyclists and pedestrians. Please note the ground may be uneven at times.

This event is a great way to celebrate National Arbor Day! Space is limited, so RSVP today!
