2024 Monarch Celebration

A large group of monarchs flying in the sky in Mexico, where they overwinter

Monarch butterflies have started their long journey south and fall is signaling to other pollinators that summer is ending. Join us for a celebration of monarch butterflies and other pollinators and learn how we can protect their habitats.

New this year is a monarch education room. Participate in open classroom activities, make butterfly wings and view insects under a microscope. Fun outdoor activities include face painting, a selfie photo booth, plant and seed giveaways, monarch discussions, garden beautification activities, a monarch march around the pollinator garden and much more. King of Pops popsicles will be available for purchase.

This event is free and open to the public. Bring the whole family!
