Join the City of Charlotte for a public meeting on July 16 at the Albemarle Road Recreation Center. Drop in anytime between 6 and 8 p.m. The project team will share information about the Lawyers Road Sidewalk Project and answer questions.

This project will install a 6-foot-wide sidewalk along the south side of Lawyers Road from Harri Ann Drive to Chestnut Lake Drive. Other improvements include wheelchair ramps and driveways.

The project team is working to finalize the design. The real estate phase is expected to begin by the end of 2024. During the real estate phase, city real estate representatives work with residents to acquire easements necessary for construction. Your cooperation during this process is valuable and appreciated.
