CATS to Pause Streetcar Service

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – On Friday, May 17, 2024, the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will pause Gold Line streetcar service from 6-11 a.m. as Law Enforcement gathers to pay their respects to fallen officers outside CMPD headquarters in Uptown. A bus bridge will be in place from Sunnyside Avenue to Charlotte Transportation Center stations during that time.
