CATS Seeks Input on the Transit System Plan Update

We want to hear from you! Help us shape the next chapter of transit in the Charlotte region. We’ve outlined proposed goals and objectives for an updated plan of transit investments for 2030 and beyond.

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) continues to work towards building a high-quality transit network that serves the needs of residents throughout our region.

The Transit System Plan Update will develop recommendations for a financially constrained program of bus and rail expansion within the CATS service area. To achieve a plan with our customers in mind, we are working with the community to ensure the plan reflects your needs and priorities — after all, CATS Works for You.

How Can You Participate?

Visit the website to view information about the Transit System Plan Update:

• Select the language at the top right of the screen and explore the website to learn about the plan.  

After reviewing the materials, tell the team your thoughts in the survey:

• Click here to take the survey.
• Five (5) winners will be selected to each receive one (1) $100 Visa® gift card. You must participate by Dec. 31 and enter an email or phone number at the end of the survey to qualify. *Rules Apply
