Bus and Rail Customer Surveys – We Want Your Feedback!

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is requesting bus and rail customer feedback! Please follow the links below to complete the online surveys. The surveys will close Sunday, May 5, 2024.

Those who complete the survey will have the option to provide their contact information and be entered into a drawing to win weekly transit passes. Winners will be randomly selected and notified by June 5, 2024.
