City event spotlight

Eastland Something New Under the Sun: On Thursday, May 18, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Eastland “days gone by” and Eastland “days to come” collide in a special fun, free pop-up event where people can gather to reminiscence and imagine new possibilities for the site, as part of the evolving Eastland story. 

The pop-up event is located to next to the Eastland Transit Center and activities include a pop-up park, DJ, storytelling booth, food trucks, a cycle track and interactive mural, along with a special Queen City Quiz show performance by the Creative Mornings CLT Team.
