The Stakeholders will explore possible text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance related to institutional uses permitted in residential districts. Stakeholders will review the list of institutional uses permitted in residential zoning districts to determine their appropriateness and whether additional prescribed conditions should be added or other standards be revised.
