Management & Financial Services is one of three support departments in the City of Charlotte’s organizational structure. Our Departmental Offices include Administrative Management, Charlotte Business INClusion, Finance, Fleet Management, Risk Management and Strategy & Budget, all of which are vital to our partners in their efforts to build and serve our community. In addition to the City, our customer partner base includes other municipal, county, state and federal government agencies along with community agencies, businesses, and residents promoting governmental collaboration and efficiency.
