STANDARDS MANUAL REVISION No. 16 effective July 31st, 2017

​Revised Details Now Available for Use 

The updated details in Revision No. 16 of the CLDSM are now effective as of July 31, 2017.  To view the manual, visit where you will find a PDF file containing an updated coversheet, revision log sheet, and only the updated details with this revision.  All .PDF and AutoCad .DWG files are updated on the website to reflect Revision No. 16.

FY18 User Fees Approved

​City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2018 (FY18) user fees for the development services groups of Engineering Land Development, Planning and CDOT.  For Engineering’s Land Development FY17 User Fee Schedule click here

Commercial plans submitted to Engineering Land Development for the initial review must pass the gateway review by 5:00pm on Friday, June 30th to be eligible to remain at the FY17 fee schedule.  The FY18 fees will apply to all new projects submitted after the close of business on Friday, June 30, 2017.
