Charlotte Placemaking Hub

The Charlotte Placemaking Hub is a one-stop-shop for public realm enhancement tools. It aggregates the tools available through Urban Design, CDOT, Housing & Neighborhood Services, and Engineering & Property Management. The Hub directs you to the program where specific processes, procedures and permitting necessary for communities and neighborhoods to enhance their streets and public spaces can be found.
