​The City Clerk's Office provides services that connect citizens to their government and maintains a recorded history of government actions. These services include Mayor and Council assistance, records management and research, boards and commissions administration, and customer service to both internal and external customers. Read more about us.

Parking is available in the parking deck located on Davidson Street between 3rd and 4th Streets.

 
Did you know?  The municipal clerk is one of the oldest government professions and has been traced to the year 1272 A.D.  For centuries the municipal clerk has performed the archival functions of the governing body. The Clerk serves as the direct link between the citizens and their government and is the historian of the community and its people, for the entire recorded history of the government's actions are in the care of your City Clerk.
