​​​Jeff McSwain serves as the Assistant Aviation Director of Development for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). In this capacity, McSwain is responsible for the planning, design and construction of Airport projects. He also oversees land acquisition and the Part 150 Airport Noise Compatibility Program.

McSwain has been employed at CLT for 4 years. His additional experience with the Airport and the Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) includes:

  • Airport Engineer
  • Right-of-Way Use Program Manager, CDOT
  • Senior Project Manager, CDOT
  • Project Manager, CDOT
McSwain holds a Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
