East Stonewall Street (I-277 parcel 3)

The property (parcel identification number 125-171-05) is an undeveloped, 1.67-acre site located within the I-277 corridor. The parcel is conveniently situated between I-277 and East Stonewall Street, which allows for quick access to I-77, I-85, Charlotte Douglas International Airport and all of the amenities of uptown Charlotte.

The parcel is available for commercial and residential development and is currently zoned UMUD according to the Charlotte ​Zoning Ordinance.

The City will reserve an easement for a sewer line on the portion of the land behind South Alexander Street. Plats will be revised to show sewer and storm water easements.

Please note: On Wednesday, September 9, 2015, the upset bid period on I-277 Parcel 3 closed with no upset bids submitted. The property is now sold, and no additional offers are being accepted at this time.
