Citizen Involvement
There are numerous ways in which citizens can help guide Charlotte:

  • Attend a public meeting.  Whether it's a meeting about a proposed neighborhood construction project or a forum to develop plans for the future of rapid transit, the City hosts a variety of meetings designed to give citizens opportunities to participate in decisions that affect them.  For information about public meetings, visit the events calendar located on each page in the upper right corner.

The Center is open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekends.  The Center's language line can accommodate calls in 148 languages.
